Delivery

Delivery Times:

Most pieces are made to order and sent within 5-7 working days. If the item is in stock, I usually post it within 2 working days. If you need something by a certain date, feel free to get in touch before ordering.

UK Delivery Options:

  • Second Class Signed For – £2.50

  • First Class Signed For – £3.50

  • Special Delivery (guaranteed by 1pm) – £8.35

Please note: choosing faster delivery doesn’t shorten dispatch times. I’m not responsible for delays or damage caused by Royal Mail, but I’ll always help where I can.

If you require an item for a specific date, please make contact and I’ll try my best to accommodate this.

International Delivery:

All international orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed – £12.00

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 3–5 working days

  • Worldwide: 5–7 working days

Customs or import fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.

Late or Lost Deliveries

Royal Mail delays can happen now and then, especially during busy periods or strikes. If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 working days (UK) or 20 working days (international), please contact me and I’ll look into it.

If a parcel is confirmed lost, I’ll raise a claim with Royal Mail. Refunds or replacements can only be issued once the claim process is complete. I really appreciate your patience with this—thank you!

If your delivery has been delayed, then please contact me and we will provide you with the tracking number to enable you to see delivery updates with Royal Mail.

Returns

You’re welcome to return an item within 30 days of delivery. If you change your mind, that’s absolutely fine—just drop me a message using the form below to start the return process.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging

  • Earrings and custom pieces can’t be returned unless faulty

  • Return postage is at the customer’s expense (unless the item is faulty)

  • Please use a tracked service, as I can’t take responsibility for items lost in return transit

Refunds

Once I’ve received your return, I’ll confirm by email and issue your refund to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 working days, depending on your payment provider.
