Placing an Order

All jewellery is handmade with care by Georgia at The Kind Path.

In-stock items are dispatched within 2 working days.

Made-to-order items are dispatched within 3–5 working days.

Delivery options are shown at checkout and sent via Royal Mail. See Delivery & Returns for full details.

Amendments & Cancellations

If you’d like to amend or cancel your order, please get in touch within 24 hours of placing it. After that, changes may not be possible if work has already started.

Please note that bespoke or personalised items are non-refundable unless they arrive faulty or damaged. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and may change at any time, but this won’t affect orders already placed.

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers. No card details are stored by The Kind Path.

For custom orders, a deposit is required. The full price (including postage) is confirmed before work begins.

Sizing

It’s the customer’s responsibility to choose the correct ring size. Please refer to the Ring Size Guide for help.

Sizing is approximate for earrings and necklaces, so check the measurements on each product page before purchasing.

Every effort is made to ensure product photos and descriptions are as accurate as possible, but some variations may occur. Screen settings and close-up photos can affect how items appear, so please check the provided dimensions.

Each piece is handmade by me, so there may be slight variations in shape, size, or finish. These differences are part of what makes every item truly one of a kind.
